Ryan + Daphne
Part-Party, Part-Wedding

After cupid paired them up at a music concert, Ryan and Daphne knew they wanted their event to be as much a party, as a wedding. To keep things casual, they picked a luxurious seaside resort and whisked their nearest and dearest to Bali for their solemnisation ceremony. There were many food stations coupled with awesome music all through the night. Guests had the opportunity to send their well wishes for the couple, through sky lanterns that lit-up the skies of the private beach, pre-dinner. Thoughtful Ryan even coordinated a spectacular flash mob surprise for his bride. Their reception in Singapore was filled with a beautiful array of colours, traditionally Indian, but Awwwwsome.

And They Said
“The Ode To Joy planners are worth every penny you spend on them and probably much more. We now realise that appointing OTJ was one of the best decisions we made as a couple, in anticipation of our big day. We were swept away by their creativity, passion, attention to detail and above all, their ability to keep us calm and assured and make us truly believe that everything would fall perfectly into place.
Ode To Joy has helped us turn our vision into reality. Joan is a big picture thinker and makes sure every component of the wedding fits together like the perfect jigsaw puzzle. Liyi is detail-oriented and has an eagle eye which spots flaws even before they happen. Cindy keeps everything on track and exudes a calm that borders on tranquillity which soaks up any tension you have. On the day of the wedding, we felt completely relaxed and were able to focus on enjoying the biggest day of our lives.
We are eternally grateful to Ode To Joy for that, and would not hesitate to recommend Ode To Joy to anyone who is about to get married. It is a true joy to be able sit back and enjoy your wedding day knowing that the event is in the hands of capable professionals. We have concluded that that feeling was priceless.”
