Ken + Shirley
A Tale of Two Cities

Ken and Shirley were set on doing things differently and Singapore was picked as their “destination wedding location” and the couple chose to exchange their vows in the Church where Shirley got baptised. The thoughtful pair provided a generous welcome gift and an admin booklet for their overseas guests and treated their family and friends to an expansive spread of food, wines and music. A second party soon followed in their family warehouse in Changshu (China), decorated with exquisite oriental accents and the joyous celebration ended with fireworks, no less.

And They Said
“From the moment our eyes met, my husband and I knew that we had found our soul mates. The rest flowed in like a whirlwind romance. We made our decision to marry within a few months from our courtship, in fact, with only 60 days or less to organise and finalise all our wedding preparation. I was feeling rather agitated and thankfully, Ode To Joy came to our rescue (the introduction is another juicy story)!
We were blessed to have the wonderful trio agree to help in short notice. They helped to ensure everything falls into place over the numerous whatsapps and teleconferences as we both reside overseas. The biggest hurdle was co-ordination of logistics given that many guests were from overseas. They were full of praises with OTJ’s creation of a handy information booklet specially prepared for them.
As the wedding day drew closer, OTJ really took a big load off our shoulders by liaising with our various vendors and being there when we needed them. Thank you for realising our dream wedding parties! They were simply magical!”
