We will be hosting welcome drinks for all our guests on Friday, 5th June 2015 from 9pm till late. It would be great if you could arrive in Bali in time to join us for welcome drinks and get our wedding weekend rolling!

CAR HIRES Car rental agencies can be found in all the major tourist areas. Prices start from approximately US$30 a day for a Suzuki-style jeep (Jimny) and about US$45 for a new Kijang jeep. Most rental cars in Bali are in decent shape, however you should check the rental cars thoroughly before signing any forms. Always carry with you an international driver’s license.

DRIVERS Drivers are generally available for hire in Bali, and if you would like to rent a car (and driver) during your stay, a 6-seater car generally costs approximately IDR 300,000 – 400,000 (US$30 to $40) per day inclusive of 10 hours and your own driver. If you would like to rent your own car and driver, please let us know and we can direct you to a car rental service provider.

TAXIS Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, official airport taxis are available at a rate of approximately IDR 95,000-105,000 (US$9 to $10) from a service counter located outside the Arrival Hall (exit baggage claim and turn right).  Payment is to be made at the counter before your journey. Thereafter, provide your receipt to the driver and proceed to the taxis parked in the designated taxi parking lots. If you choose to use the local taxis, do avoid the unofficial taxi drivers as they usually hike up prices and head for the official local taxi stands.

General travel: 24-hour taxis are available in Bali. Make sure you get metered taxis, or call Blue Bird Taxi Company at +62 361 701111.

MOTORBIKE RENTALS As with car hires, you can find bikes for rent almost everywhere in Bali. Prices usually start from around US$6 a day for a standard 125cc motorbike. Scooters, affectionately called ‘Bebeks’ (Ducks), start at around US$5 per day. Like renting a car, you should always check the bike before parting with your cash. In Indonesia you have to wear a helmet by law and carry an international drivers license
